The Common Sustenance Project is a melting pot of good food, delicious recipes and community building in the Newcastle region. Last year we ran 10 food and wellbeing workshops through the Common Sustenance Project that were very well received. We had 180 people come to our workshops, with feedback asking for MORE workshops please! So we are going to do it again.
The Common Sustenance Project 2015 will be both delicious and educational! Look forward to learning from naturopaths about how to eat for more energy and to reduce stress, make cheese with Kate Ross, learn how to make sourdough breads, cook healthy food for kids, and learn how to use medicinal herbs in everyday cooking. Last year we were fortunate enough to have a grant that heavily subsidised workshops, this year workshops are $25 each with options for concession rates.
